Today Cavinder operates from three offices - our Granger headquarters at 13697 Brick Road, a Mishawaka commercial operations office at 4027 N Home St, and a South Bend office at 3618 W Western Ave. That footprint lets us reach most of Michiana quickly, day or night, for both routine service and 24/7 emergencies.

Our team carries more than 25 years of combined experience across furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, packaged units, water heaters, drain and sewer work, and indoor air quality.

Cavinder is licensed in Indiana for both trades - HVAC license CO19900013 and plumbing license PC19700254 - and fully insured. We are also Granger's only Mitsubishi Electric Preferred Diamond Contractor, which requires a higher standard of training, installation quality, and warranty support than a standard dealer.
